Sadik Abdulkadir Rafindadi FBDI
Vice PresidentHe is the Director Commercial and Business Development at FAAN, Mr. Sadiku Abdulkadir Rafindadi is a 1985 graduate of Economics of the University of Pittsburgh. He also holds an MBA in Finance of Clark Atlanta University, USA. He attended Kaduna Polytechnic, where he obtained Certificates in Management Studies
Prof. Ben E. A. Oghojafor Ph.D, FBDI
President/ Chairman of CouncilHe is currently the Vice Chancellor of Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba, Delta State by Delta State Government in April 2022, where he is making his developmental contributions for the the University sustainability. He was the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Management Services) from February 2017 to April 2022. He was appointed Professor of Business Administration (Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management) on October 1, 2004

Deputy Vice PresidentMr. Monday Aluu Ewans is currently the Director, Enterprise Development and Promotion at the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), the Federal Government Agency responsible for coordinating and facilitating the development of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sub-sector in Nigeria
Kayode Olayemi B.Sc, MBA, FBDI
TreasurerOlukayode Olayemi is a seasoned business Development expert with over a decade of experience in B2B sales, marketing strategy, strategic planning and WASH.He has worked and trained globally and worked at the management capacity with the 2 global players in the water pump manufacturing.
He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin and also a MBA degree holder with the Lord Ashcroft International Business School , Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. England. He is married and blessed with children.
Paul Ikele B.Sc, M.Sc, MBA, Ph.D, FBDI
Registrar/Chief Executive officerDr. Ikele is the Registrar/Chief Executive Officer and Secretary to Council, of the Institute. He is an expert in Corporate Strategy, Marketing Management, and Organizational Development and behavior.
Sue Ebiene, Ph.D. FBDI
Council MemberDr. Sue Ebiene is a Business Development Professional, Client Relations and Human Resources Management expert with over two decades hands on experience. He is a Fellow, and a current member of the Council of The Institute of Business Development. Dr. Sue holds a B.Sc. degree in Administration, MBA in Management and M.Sc. in Business Policy, all from the prestigious and premier Rivers State University. He also holds a Ph.D. in entrepreneurship
Jamoh Bashir M.Sc, Ph.D, FBDI
Council MemberDirector General/CEO NIMASA. He has over 29 years of public service experience, former Executive Director, Finance & Administration in NIMASA. He holds a Ph.D in Logistics and Transport Management from the University of Port Harcourt, a Master’s degree in Management from the Korea Maritime and Ocean University in South Korea, an Advanced Diploma in Management from the Bayero University Kano, a Professional Certificate in Materials Management from the Institute of Logistics in the UK and a Diploma in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.
